Jersey cattle are well known for their sweet and buttery milk. Their milk is perfect for making all sorts of value added dairy products like cheese, butter, yogurt, ice cream, kefir, and if you have a cream separator the cream is out of this world!

In NC the only legal way for people to obtain raw milk is through a contracted herd share program. If we are ever legally forced to stop because the NC legislature bans the sale of all raw milk, then we will pasteurize and begin selling value added dairy products. For now, we want to help provide folks with deeply nourishing raw milk.

We are also driven by our mission to help lead Americans back to true independence and we do this by teaching ownership of our gifts and using them to build resilient communities.
